The Mustvee Oldbelievers museum of study of local lore

The museum exhibitis a collection which is 30 years old. It is one of the oldest collections in Estonia which gives an overview of Oldbelievers and their culture. The exhibitions has been put together of different things collected by Mustvee Russian Gymnasium students and teachers. The exhibition was located in the schoolhouse for 15 years, now it has been in the nearby building for 15 years - Narva street 22. Museum was registered as MTÜ Mustvee Oldbelievers museums of study of local lore in 2008. Museum presents different topics: Oldbelievers, Lake Peipus, Mustvee town, Kalevipoeg, Peipsi ethnography and so on.
